Hotellix is an Indian-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company serving as a remote back-office for hospitality and travel industry businesses. Hotellix is a newly founded company, but our experience serving businesses in the hospitality industry reaches back to the year 2000. We understand this industry inside out.
In June 2018, eHotel, leading European hotel booking portal for business travel, requested back-office services from Cultuzz. In an Indian branch (Cultuzz India Pvt Ltd), Cultuzz assembled a small team of five experts with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, which started providing back-office services to eHotel. The client, eHotel was very satisfied with the services provided so they decided to outsource all the back-office workload to us.
Experience with eHotel made our team recognize the need for a company which would help booking businesses manage their repetitive manual data management workload. The idea was a simple one; businesses are often overloaded and we can offer them to rent our teams. So we took it upon ourselves to make that happen. That's how Hotellix was formed.
By the year 2019, the company grew to 25 team members who are all well-trained in their respective fields. New team members also brought new skills and diversified services offered. With the support of Cultuzz, the company is set to take upon the whole array of back-office and IT services to make their client's life easier.

Workflow analysis is a process in which we plan and the progression of the steps needed to take the project from start to finish efficiently. We in Hotellix consider workflow a base which impacts the core of any project and dictates how it should be engineered. Main goal of this process is to improve efficiency of our staff and to use your resources efficiently. In the end of analysis we define a lean workflow, which will use the least amount of workforce resources, time and effort possible to produce the desired result.
The project goal means achieving a desired outcome (performance goal) at a specific end date (time goal) employing a specific amount of resources (resource goal). Those three project target values (performance, time and resources) compete with each other. Each modification of one of these variables has an immediate impact on the two others. When defining and making adjustments to the goals all three project target values must be considered together.
At Hotellix, first we make sure that performance goals are clearly formulated and the degree of accomplishment is verifiable.
Then, we define time goal, which means setting the start and end dates for the overall project and the sub-projects.
Lastly, we define which resources we need to accomplish our performance goals in given time-frame (time goal). Resources can be divided into staff and infrastructure resources.
When defining the project goals, we make sure to leave sufficient room for maneuver to ensure that all project objectives can be achieved within the planned time frame and budget.
